2 x 10 chest press (30lbs)
2 x 10 back pull downs (30lbs)
2 x 10 tricep pull downs (30lbs)
100 x Abswing crunches

Day 26 - Fourth Weigh In...
Considerring that I couldn't exercise for most of the week I'm pretty happy with the results...

Hurt my neck/shoulder.... not sure how but too sore for exercise..... probably not a great weigh in this week :(

Day 22
Was a bit rushed tonight as we had a few chores to do but I still managed a pretty good workout :)

4 x 20 chest press (20lbs)
4 x 20 back pull downs (20lbs)

200 x Abswing crunches

Day 19 - New Record!
Very proud of myself for today's workout.... I broke my record on the crosstrainer :)
(Maybe it's the new joggers??)
